In this spirit, we keep our terms and conditions simple: The Purchase Process: When you click on the purchase button on the Shipping Screen in the purchase sequence, you indicate that you are purchasing the products in your shopping cart and authorizing Dan's Western Wear (www.danswesternwear.com) to charge your purchase against your credit card. If this is not your desire, you must inform us by calling 1-800-817-3267 or contacting us through the web site and canceling the order before it is shipped. Once the order leaves our fulfillment center, you will need to contact us and will be bound by our return policy. When you receive your credit card statement your charge will reflect our corporation name of Dan's Western Wear. Payment: Payment can be made for our products by credit card on our web site. If you would rather send your order with a check, please address it to: Dan's Western Wear, 226 North Main Street, Sheridan Wyoming 82801. Please allow 2 weeks for merchandise delivery if paying by check. Shipping: Shipping to the continental United States will be charged based on the total price of your order. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, expedited shipping, or shipping outside the United States will be higher. Standard Shipping charges are as follows:
